We serve traditional snowcones as well as our own Tex-Mex Chamoy Raspas. We have a Tiki Menu that can be incorporated with a full-bar for a private event.

Our raspas and snow cones are made with natural cane sugar, not corn syrup. We incorporate fresh juices, fruits and house-made spicy pepper syrups to create a vast array of unique shaved ice creations. 

Besides the snow cones, we are also an award-winning food truck specializing in vintage Tex-Mex cuisine and take pride in our culinary expertise. We have been recognized as the ultimate chili connoisseurs. In fact, our Chili Queens Texas Beef Chili has been listed in Top 10 "Best Chili in the US" lists by prestigious publications such as Food & Wine Magazine, Huffington Post, and Travel Leisure Magazine since 2014. Classic Chili & Cornbread is a crowd favorite, along with our Vegan Chili for those seeking a plant-based option.
